1. The Terms defined and used herein shall have the following meanings:
   "Khimz" refers to the website Khimz, and its business owner, The PennyFeather.
   "Membership" refers to the Frenz of Khimz Privilege Membership Program.
   "Member" refers to the registered holder of the membership whose Membership ID, name, date of birth and email address are in Khimz's records.
2. Upon acceptance of the Membership, the Member is bound by the terms and conditions of the Membership as defined herein, as well as the conditions of use stipulated on this page. 
3. The Membership has no expiry date.
4. The Membership is not transferable and shall cease to be valid upon the termination of the Membership by the Member or Khimz.
5. Khimz shall have the right as its absolute discretion to cancel, withdraw or terminate the Membership without notice and upon such cancellation or refusal or termination, the Member shall surrender the rights of the Membership to Khimz.
6. Khimz shall not be liable in any manner for the loss or damage suffered by the Member by reason of or arising out of the use of the Membership.
7. All discounts and benefits stated are subject to change at any time.
8. Upon termination of his/her Membership either by Khimz or the Member, the Member shall not use or attempt to use the Membership and such shall be deemed fraudulent.
9. The Member shall duly notify Khimz by email to info@khimz.com of any change in the email address, quoting his/her Membership ID.
10. Khimz reserves the right to repeal or amend in any way, at any time or any of the rules and regulations of the Membership at its absolute discretion. The Member shall be bound by any variation or amendment or addition to the rules and regulations herewith.
