PAYMENT METHODS
All prices in this site are quoted in US Dollars. We accept the following payment methods:
International and Singapore Orders
Singapore Orders only
- Personal Cheques
- Bank Transfers
PayPal (International and Singapore Orders)
We are a verified PayPal merchant and we use PayPal as our main payment gateway. We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and your payment is processed through secured servers at PayPal.
If you have a PayPal account, you could send your payment to orders@khimz.com .
Personal Cheques, Bank Transfers (Singapore Orders only)
If you do not wish to use PayPal, we accept payments via Personal Cheques or Bank Transfers in S$ (Singapore Dollars).
As our merchandise are in US Dollars, we are observing the exchange rate of US$ 1 = S$ 1.40. Please note that this exchange rate is subject to changes depending on the foreign exchange market, so watch out for this section.
To convert the pricing to S$, simply multiply the merchandise price by the exchange rate and round down to the nearest 10 cents (example, US$ 10.90 x 1.40 = S$ 15.26, round down to S$ 15.20).
Here are the procedures:
- Email us at orders@khimz.com listing your merchandise.
- You will receive a reply within 2 business days with the total amount of your order and information on how to send the cheque / bank transfer to us.
- After you have sent the cheque / bank transfer, please send us the following information: Name, Address, Postal Code and Contact Number.
- Once the cheque is cleared, or the bank transfer is received, and the amount is correct, we will respond via email and will send out your order within 3 business days.
Other Payment Related Issues
Duties and Taxes
Our prices do not include duty and / or tax for both International and Singapore orders. However, please note that some countries do levy a form of duty and / or tax on the merchandise upon arrival. Please check with the customs authority of your country. We are not responsible for the duty and / or tax amounts that may be incurred.
Billing and Shipping / Delivery Address
As a precaution against possible fraud, we would only process orders whose billing address is the same as their shipping / delivery address.
Termination of Order
We reserve the right to terminate any order that is in any way suspected of fraud, misrepresentation or other reasons. We also terminate the order if the payment is not sufficient for the merchandise (for payment methods other than PayPal).
The option of refund is available for customers whose orders are terminated. For PayPal payment, it would be refunded less off the processing fees incurred for receiving the said payment.
For local orders via cheque payments, we are not responsible for the charges for bounced cheques. Also, we would return cheques if the amount stated is incorrect.

SHIPPING
We will ship your merchandise within 3 business days of your orders and / or receipt of payment.
The prices listed on our merchandise do not include shipping and handling charges. At checkout, upon selecting your country and delivery method, you will see the shipping and handling charges labelled as "Freight".

- Registered Air Mail (waived for orders above US$200.00)
Singapore Orders
- Registered Local Mail (free)
Registered Air Mail (International Orders only)
This delivery method usually takes about 3 to 15 business days, and it may be longer, depending on where you are. Although this delivery method is not trackable, we would mark the delivery as "AR Registered" so that we know whether the merchandise has reached its destination. Shipping and handling charges are charged from US$10.00 onwards. These charges are waived for orders above US$200.00.
Upon checkout, you will be asked to input the "Zone" of your country. To find out which Zone your country is in, click here.
Registered Local Mail (Singapore Orders only)
For orders within Singapore, we would use registered mail so as to ensure the merchandise reaches its destination. No shipping and handling charges.
Other Shipping Related Issues
Failure of Delivery
Please email orders@khimz.com if you did not receive your orders by:
- 30 business days - for Registered Air Mail
- 10 business days - for Registered Mail (within Singapore only)
We would track the delivery on our end and if it is misplaced or lost, we would either refund you the full amount, credit the full amount in your account or send a replacement at no cost to you.
However, we are not responsible if the failed delivery is caused by either one of the following reasons:
- Wrong shipping address provided
- Unclaimed by recipient
- Claimed not to have received but records on our end showed that it has been received
PO Box Address
Please note that we do not accept PO Box as an address for delivery. This is for our customers' sake as we want the merchandise to be delivered to a place where the customer could receive personally.

RETURNS
We at Khimz ensure that your merchandise is checked and properly packaged before we send it out.
However, if the merchandise arrives damaged, please follow the steps below:
- Email info@khimz.com within 7 days of the receipt of your merchandise for a Returns Authorisation Code (RAC) number. We will reply with a RAC number within 2 business days. We do not entertain returns without the RAC number.
- The merchandise in its unaltered state, the original packaging and the original invoice with the RAC number written behind it are to be sent back to us within 2 days of the receipt of the RAC number. We are not responsible for postage on the returned merchandise.
- We would notify you by email if we have received the returned merchandise. Also, in the same email, we would ask you for the following choice:
- Replacement (shipping and handling charges apply)
- Refund (less off shipping and handling charges)
- Credit to your account (less off shipping and handling charges)
Please note that we provide returns only for damaged merchandise upon arrival. Returns are not applicable for:
- Other reasons besides "merchandise damaged upon arrival"
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
